Relax at counter-height granite and new barstools to enjoy updated well-stocked kitchen. Everything from crock pots, and keurigs to shrimp boil pots - and lots of cutlery and serving platters for family-friendly meals. Stand alone ICEMAKER as in every one of our YFAB condos!
Our top floor gulf front condo at Adagio is the one of the largest your friend at the beach has to offer! With terrazzo and ceramic tile flooring and upgraded mattresses, this top floor gulf front condo has four bedrooms, a bunk room, three baths and comfortably sleeps 10. For movie or sports buffs, the living area features a 60 inch flat screen TV over the fireplace (decorative only).

Adagio's private beach has beach chair service available (sorry, not included) or swim in the gulf front pool (heated in cooler months) or in the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool.
You can work out at the on site gym overlooking the hot tub and three tier pool - or just take a bike ride along the 20 miles of bike trails on beautiful 30-A. We include two free bike rentals for your stay.
Adagio A403 is a luxury condo with every amenity - large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and drying rack. Plenty of hooks to hang your beach towels (please bring with you!).
With updates that include new granite countertops and cabinets in the kitchen, plus updated bathrooms with tile and vanities, you will never want to leave this spectacular condo!

Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.

ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited.
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten people per condo per HOA rules (two years and under not counted in the total).
Guests must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups. Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. There is one marked underground parking spot and one unmarked in outdoor parking lot .A third spot is available through the HOA for an additional fee.
No trailers, boats, golf carts ,jet skis or RV's. Tents are not permitted on the beach.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

The HOA determines the size of the beach for private chairs and rental chairs and we will ask them to address that in the fall meeting. Also, when you return, please be sure to check YFAB's free app - on it we list our favorite restaurants and there are some that are reasonabily priced. As locals, we know those best!

We always cook our own meals and the kitchen for this unit is one of the best stocked rental units I have ever stayed at. I still used my own knives but really won't bring them next year...we have already booked this same unit again for 2022..

Management provided a pack and play, a baby swing and a stroller for us, which was so helpful. Our groceries were purchased and in place upon our arrival ❤️ The condo is very clean and well furnished...pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Management is very responsive and helpful. They just need a smart tv in the living room and Netflix, and management indicated they would update this�� We have stayed in units this team manages 5 times and are always pleased. Will certainly stay again. Highly recommend.
