Sliding glass doors open to a view of the pools and a ground floor patio complete an outdoor seating area and an table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The living area features a large Smart TV and plenty of seating for the entire family (sleeps up to eight)
The dining area features a large table with tables and a bench for seating up to eight people - plus the three barstools at the counter top.
Adagio E103's kitchen is made for family get togethers - plenty of dishware (both china and plastic), drinkware and silverware and a full compliment of cooking pots, pans and utensils. You will find all the appliances you need - from a gas oven, microwave, stand alone ice maker, blender, crockpot, French door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
The bedrooms feature freshly updated bedding:
Master bedroom with KING size Tempurpedic mattress, 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV and a desk/chair if you need to work remotely while you live luxuriously at E103.
Adagio E103 boasts the most updated private master bathroom at Adagio. The master bathroom includes an all new tile shower, soaking tub, double sinks, 100% cotton towels, shiplap walls, gold-accents and of course, a hairdryer, hand soaps and shower soaps.
Second bedroom has a King size Sealy mattress, 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV plus a private bathroom with a all new tile shower and 100% cotton towels.
Third bedroom has two FULL size beds with 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination, 100% cotton towels that also opens to the hall.
BONUS bunk room with twin beds with privacy doors. Each bunk bed has it's own TV!
Aptly named "Ocean Lullaby", experience the luxury of 100% cotton sheets and towels on high end mattresses. Adagio E 103 is located in the E building on the southern side next to D building. Just a few steps to the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool and less than a two minute walk to the beach walkover for Adagio's private beach.
Parking for two vehicles only (limit of eight people per condo per HOA rules). Extra spot available for an extra fee through the HOA.
On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Spacious hot tub subject to privacy hours (no entry after 10 PM)
Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.
Please read our reviews on VRBO/Homeaway because all reviews that we receive are posted - not just the five star ones! VRBO wisely insists that we post all reviews - or none at all.
Beach chair service is available (March - October) but is not included in rental rate. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas. We provide two bike rentals for your visit, you just pick up at the onsite office of La Dolce Vita.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's, propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are four gas grills provided at Adagio.
Please no tents or canopies permitted on the beach per HOA.

The exterior of all Adagio pool front condos (building D, E, F and G) are being painted in the 2024-25 offseason, November - early March. Contact Your Friend at the Beach for updates on exactly when your YFAB condo is being painted. Each building takes four-five weeks depending on weather. Update: Painting looks like it will start in E building in early December and finish by early January.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.

Manager Response: Thank you, Kristen and I too love the foliage that while giving you a view of the 8000 square foot pool also provides privacy as you relax on the oversized patio. Just steps to the pools and beach walkover, Adagio is just five miles from Seaside and we do include 2 adult bike rentals for the week. If you return, you always enjoy a return friend discount with YFAB - and you can use it for the beach chairs rentals. The you can skip lugging chairs up and down the 52 steps to the beach. We will share your input with the HOA who makes these decisions - but in the meantime, enjoy the discount when you return to Your Friend at The Beach.
