We had an amazing stay at Adaigo A102. Nancy and Larry were extremely helpful from the very start! This location was perfect for our family with seven adults (one with special needs) and a one year old. Loved the quiet location of A and the grass out front. We always had a nice cool breeze sitting out on the patio. We loved the pool and beautiful sand beaches! The condo was clean and well stocked for our needs. We look forward to going back to this lovely community and condo!. ---Julie
The condominium was impeccable. Amenities were wonderful for the entire for all of us and the extended family. The rental process was easy and flawless in my opinion. Access to the beach was easy for some of the older members of the family. My family and I have been coming to the Destin/Santa Rosa area since 1975. The Blue Mountain beach area is certainly the nicer of the areas that had not overly developed. We shall return hopefully soon. Thank you. ---Paul
Our stay at the Adagio C-403 was a great week. This condo is very spacious, beautiful and extremely clean. The floors and high ceilings throughout provide a spacious feel. We thoroughly enjoyed C-403. We will be returning. The view of the water is amazing and the outside living space is very nice and private. ---Charles B.

We had Great time at Blue Mountain Beach!!! The condo was amazing and was just as the pictures showed online. They even had it ready for us a couple of hours ahead time…YAY!!! It was the perfect fit for our growing family with the kids and grandkids. The view from the balcony was not short of perfect to watch the sunsets. I would recommend this Adagio 305 to anyone and everyone. It was a 5 star stay ❤️. ---Karen, 9/23

We like to book their Beautiful beachfront properties- spacious layouts perfect for large family gatherings, with unique in-condo amenities like ice makers, and wonderful property amenities which are clean and well maintained.

My family has been vacationing in the 30A to Destin area for42 yrs. Your Friend at The Beach rental company made our stay the best ever. Nancy checked on us and answered the phone immediately when called. I received an email every other day to remind me that any need we had would be immediately addressed. The moment I walked into the crisp, clean, luxurious environment at Adagio A101 condo, perfection came to mind! I quickly unloaded my luggage to lounge on the gorgeous, leather sofa! Inside and out, this space offers great seating options for larger and smaller parties. Comfort away from home and getting good sleep can be hard to come by when you're traveling, but at Adagio that wasn't an issue for me! I've never slept better! Amid all the wonderful amenities at Adagio, the delicious eateries within walking distance, the exceptional beachfront view, and a warm welcome package from "Your Friend at the Beach", which included a lovely beach towel, all serve as reminders that I chose the right place to stay and why I can't wait to return! ---Juliette

Cannot say enough great things about our stay. This condo has everything you are looking for from location to amenities. Nancy and her team were very responsive and constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well. Couldn't ask for a better location with the pool off the patio and 15 steps to the beach. By far our best trip to the beach yet. We have stayed in the area 5X before, but never with Your Friends At The Beach. We will not book with anyone else after this stay. They truly thought of every detail. Our family specifically enjoyed: the Keurig, large fridge and freezer as we eat almost all meals in. The close proximity to the beach/pool, extra ice maker for drinks, incredibly comfortable beds and linens AND they supply the unit with dishwasher and laundry soap which we forgot! We could have stayed another week, it felt like home and made traveling with small children a breeze! They supply you with all of the information and codes via an app from WiFi to gate codes and everything was easy to navigate. We will book again very soon! --- Jeff H.

This condo is absolutely amazing. If you have kids this is a great place for you. This condo gives you a resort type feel and everything is so easy to access. There are two main reasons I chose this condo for our family vacation. First I only book my vacations with “Your Friend At The Beach” they are simply the best. Second, all the updating this condo provides with great color selections on the walls and trim, beautiful quartz countertops and many more. It’s definitely worth the money to stay here. That old saying “ you get what you paid for” is so true describing this beautiful place. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking to look out over the Gulf. We will be back again!!! ---Chris

Villa Coyaba was the perfect unit for our family of 10. The small bunk-room for our preteen boys and twin bedroom for our girls actually makes the unit sleeping and hangout area for kids perfect. The MBR suite is beautiful and the other 3BR's are large, beautifully decorated with awesome bathrooms for families. The kitchen is amazing with everything we needed for preparing all meals. The living area has plenty of seating. The outside 1st floor patio was used and loved by all of us. The furniture is great and so convenient to great grills.
The view....WOW! The beach chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every day. The beach is so close that running up and down during the day was so easy...even for this Grandma! Location of the complex is great. Its only a 32 unit complex and all families during our week were friendly, courteous and respectful. The pool was awesome and heated during our week. The beautiful beach is where we spent most of our days!
Lastly...the folks from Your Friend at the Beach are absolutely the BEST. From 2020's COVID cancellation to this year's re-scheduled stay, the entire team made me feel like I was their only traveler. The unit was spotless and communication was the best we have ever encountered on our many vacations. Thank you YFAB for all the special attention you gave me....our family will be back!---Maureen

VC 106 is exactly as pictured- beautiful. The atmosphere of the complex is so pleasant and aesthetically pleasing.
The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the convenience of the complimentary beach set up daily, and we were walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants. Grocery stores, pharmacies, malls etc were 5 minutes away. Your Friend at the Beach is an absolute pleasure to work with - always! They are the best rental company we have ever encountered in over 25 years of coming to Destin ---Holly

Loved the condo and development. Nice to have assigned parking that's covered. Great layout, plenty of room, owners go beyond what most owners do with regard to stocking this unit. Full size dish detergent, paper towels, dishwater tabs, etc. loved having both types of coffee makers. Great patio/balcony furniture. We have rented properties from YFAB for over 10 years. On each occasion the unit was exactly as described or better. The units are always clean, now sanitized, and well maintained. If there is any question or need YFAB responds promptly. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them again next year.----Doug

This was our 5th year returning to San Remo. This may be the only thing that has felt normal for 2020. The facility was amazing as usual. The 10 of us stayed for 11 days over Christmas and New Year's. The condo was wonderful! The kitchen was so well equipped it was a enjoyable place to prepare all of our meals. The furnishings looked new and we all thought the beds were the most comfortable of any condo or house we have rented. The view from the patio was perfect window to the beautiful sunsets and beach. It was a great place to sit and read or play games at the table. The fireplace made is so cozy on the days when we couldn't use the beach.----Jeanne

We’ve stayed at Villa Coyaba many times but have never stayed stayed at a YFAB property. They did a great job from booking to check out making sure we had everything we needed and so much more. Condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The personal touches- welcome towel, wine, stocked hand/bath soaps, laundry detergent, and toilet paper didn’t go unnoticed and not something other management companies provide. We didn’t need anything during our week but have no doubt if we would have needed something they would have been there with a quick response. Will definitely book with YFAB in the future. ---- Guest
This was the absolute best experience I’ve had with our rental. Check in/out was super easy and accommodating. The condo was furnished with everything we needed and more! I’m usually running out to the store for basic supplies “toilet paper, paper towels etc. not this time. We was very well supplied. Not to mention how beautifully decorated it is.
