Adagio B101's 2200 square foot luxury condo features an abundance of updates - here are just a few:
- All new bathrooms in 2024
- Steamed and polish travertine floors that reflect the beauty of the stone and cleanliness.
- New luxury tile in all of the four bedrooms - no more carpet!
- ALL new Smart TV's in the living area and all of the bedrooms.
- Fresh paint throughout (December 2020)
- Well-stocked kitchen and bakeware - everything from a crockpot to Keurig to shrimp pot!
- New dining table and chairs in November 2020 for large family gatherings as well as intimate friends groups.
The corner condo always provides more of the breath taking view as Adagio B101 sits on the highest point of the Gulf of Mexico, affording expansive views of the gulf while also giving easy access on the ground floor.
Adagio B101's living room has a comfortable sectional, chairs and a large new Smart TV above the fireplace (operational in the colder months only). YFAB makes sure there is a sound system you can connect your devices to so you can have music where ever you go!
Our kitchens are known for how spacious and well-equipped they are - from the first cup of coffee from the Keurig (or regular coffee pot if you prefer) to that frozen drink in the blender at the end of your day at the beach, you will find everything you need at your fingertips. You will also find a high chair for the baby!
Bedroom layout:
Master bedroom with private master bathroom, large walk-in closet (big enough for the pack and play that we provide)
- Updated Master bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, stand alone shower with double shower heads.
Second bedroom with king size bed (shares hall bathroom - just updated with new vanities and shower/tub combination)
Third bedroom with king size bed and en suite updated bathroom.
Fourth bedroom with two queen size beds, adjoining updated hall bathroom
Bonus bunk room with a bunk bed with twin over twin beds.
All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, phone charges by each bedside, and flat screen Smart TV's.
All three bathrooms have 100% cotton towels (and plenty of them!), shower soap, hand soaps, and two rolls of toilet paper to start.
The large patio gives you a bird's eye view of the gulf front pool so you can watch the children play in the pool (heated in the cooler months). You are just steps from the beach walkover between B and C building. From the front door of B101, you can be at the gym in the building just behind B - and also enjoy the hot tub and another tri-level pool with fountains and waterfalls (not heated).
ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach.
Restrictions include: No RV's or Trailers, HOA rules do not allow pets, No rentals to under 25 nor to chaperoned groups. Two cars only per condo unless a third spot is purchased from HOA.
Balance is due sixty days before arrival. You may cancel up to 60 days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee.
Two bike rentals are included with your rental, the 20 miles of bike trails along 30A await just outside the gate. You are just five miles from Seaside and four miles from Watercolor. The shops at Gulf Place are three miles to the west and we have some of the best restaurants on 30A nearby. Along with your rental, you will receive have access to our digital guide book with access codes and our restaurant, shopping and event suggestions. The views can't be beat, but it is getting time for a few updates to the condo itself, specifically the bathrooms as a few items are broken and in need of repair/replacement.
I do wish the property was a bit cleaner. We have a crawling baby, shows skin turned black from crawling on the condo tile. Apparently they only mop the tile quarterly - a littles too infrequent for my liking.
Overall though, a great place, beautiful decor, light and bright and great management staff.

The travertine marble is very porous - and absorbs dirt that can only be taken out by professional steam cleaning. So while we do mop every week, we steam clean each of our Adagio condos with travertine four times a year - unlike other companies who do it once. We have a list of what you would like added for next year - and will review that with you when you arrive to be sure you have everything you need! We appreciate your family - and look forward to your return visit to YFAB!

The condo was wonderful! The kitchen was so well equipped that it was an enjoyable place to prepare all of our meals. The furnishings looked new and we all thought the beds were the most comfortable of any condo or house we have rented. The view from the patio was the perfect window to the beautiful sunsets and beach. It was a great place to sit and read or to play games at the table. The fireplace made it so cozy on days when we couldn't use the beach.
