Villa Coyaba 306 is one of Your Friend at the Beach's Gulf Fronts on the third floor! YFAB also has 302 and 308 - so bring your friends to Your Friend at the Beach!
Enjoy upscale luxury with a condo never before rented - but lovingly used by its original owner. Bring your family to this upscale condo with a fresh new sectional for family gatherings in the living area. Watch your favorite shows and teams on the new Smart TV just added in 2022.

Master bedroom with KING, private bathroom with jetted tub, dual head showers
Second bedroom with NEW KING BED (early 2024), shares Jack and Jill bathroom with third bedroom.
Third bedroom with twin beds , shares Jack and Jill bathroom with second bedroom.
Fourth bedroom with 2 queens beds, adjoining bathroom. This unit sleeps 10
Our own housekeepers assure you of a sparkling clean condo - with special attention to the bathrooms with their 100% cotton towels, soaps and hair dryers in every one.
The kitchen has is stocked with new pots and pans and upgraded plates and utensils. Relax on our kitchen bar stools - or enjoy a family game around the large dining table.
*Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service.
YFAB has two other condos on the third floor and three on the first floor - so inquire about discounts if you reserve more than one condo for your family reunion or friend's getaway.
As your friends at the beach, we have a digital guide book that lists all of our favorite restaurants and shops as well as a directory of everything from babysitters to medical services to amusement parks!
You will have two reserved parking spots in our underground parking garage. There are no guaranteed third spots, just eight visitor spots but they are not reserved and fill up quickly. The entrance to the underground parking garage only measures 7'1". Please measure any large vehicles to be sure they fit!
Relax on the private beach - beach chairs (2 chairs/1 umbrella) provided March to October.
Pool is heated seasonally -one of the few area pools to be heated through the entire winter into the spring!

Villa Coyaba's pool, gym, and beach are for guests staying at Villa Coyaba only. Outside people will be allowed to visit you in your condo during the day, but not permitted in the pool, beach or in the gym.
As of 2019, Villa Coyaba is a NON-smoking facility and smoking is only permitted in the grassy areas on the east and west side of the building. Guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere else . ALL Parking is in Parking Garage only- max height is 7'-1"

Five star all around!
CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Amazing view of the gulf from inside the unit, framed by the extended arched balcony that allows unobstructed views. No wait elevator and spacious parking. Dealing with the property manager was a joy, making this condo hard to beat. You need not look any further, this one is five star in every category!!

Great stay!
Villa Coyoba is awesome. Great location on beach and not as crowded as spots down the way. Our condo was spacious and clean and beds were comfy and we really enjoyed our time. Light and bright inside which I liked. Awesome view!!! Loved the neighborhood and easy to get places. A new favorite spot!! Easy rental and friendly people at rental agency. We would rent here again. I normally don’t fill these things out but I find them helpful when looking, and I had good things today about this one.

Great vacation rental
We had a great time at Villa Coyaba 306. This was our 2nd year renting through Your Friend at the Beach. Condo had everything we needed. We ended up buying a bunch of beach toys for our kids and left them for the next visitor. My only recommendation would be to update the patio furniture. The condo can accommodate 8, but the patio table can only seat 4. It’s old and needs some updating! Otherwise a great rental! We can’t wait to return next March!

Wonderful stay!
We come back to Destin every year and have recently always stayed Villa Coyaba. This unit is one of the cleanest and updated units we have rented.
We love the location of villa coyaba- near dining and activities and the beaches can’t be beat.
As soon as we leave, we plan our next stay at Villa Coyaba and this unit will be at the top of our list.

Best vacation ever!
This was the absolute best experience I’ve had with our rental. Check in/out was super easy and accommodating. The condo was furnished with everything we needed and more! I’m usually running out to the store for basic supplies “toilet paper, paper towels etc. not this time. We was very well supplied. Not to mention how beautifully decorated it is. I would def stay here again!!

VC306! Best Views of the Gulf
We’ve stayed at Villa Coyaba many times but have never stayed stayed at a YFAB property. They did a great job from booking to check out making sure we had everything we needed and so much more. Condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The personal touches- welcome towel, wine, stocked hand/bath soaps, laundry detergent, and toilet paper didn’t go unnoticed and not something other management companies provide. We didn’t need anything during our week but have no doubt if we would have needed something they would have been there with a quick response. Will definitely book with YFAB in the future.

Wonderful condo for a vacation
Great condo for our family vacation. Comfortably for us, our 4 kids and my parents. Beautiful views of the gulf, great location and condo had everything we needed. We plan to go back next year.

Beautiful view
We stayed in Villa Coyaba 306 for spring break 2023. We had a wonderful time!! The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful area! This condo could use a few updates. The carpeting in all bedrooms is stained. The lighting on the balcony was not working. Some of the appliances were a little difficult to use. Despite these items we still had a wonderful week and would stay here again!! One big plus for me was the master bed was so comfortable!! Everybody else said their beds were also comfortable!

Great Condo
Our family loves staying at Villa Coyaba. Its a great location and so close to the ocean. Always a plus if you have small kids. It was our first time staying in condo 306. It was a great experience. It was very clean which is always most important to me. Comfortable beds and Living room furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking necessities you need. We spent a lot of time out on the balcany in the comfortable chairs watching the ocean waves and the beautiful sunsets. We will return soon.
