In Adagio G201, you will find three bedrooms, each with their own adjoining bathroom. YFAB provides 100% cotton sheets - and phone chargers by each bed. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. All of our bathrooms come equipped with 100% cotton towels (plenty of them!), shower soap, hand soaps, hair dryer and starter supplies of paper goods.
The bedroom layout has been updated to include:
Master bedroom with KING bed, private bathroom with jetted tub and stand alone shower
Second bedroom with KING bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Third bedroom with full size beds and adjoining bathroom that also opens to the hall, tub/shower combination.
Bonus bunk room.
The kitchen has everything you have come to expect from Your Friend at The Beach - plenty of dishes, pots and pan, blender, regular coffee maker plus a Keurig, crock pot and dish washing liquid and detergent - enough for the whole week! Stainless appliances as well as a stand alone ice maker - fill your cooler for the beach!
Comfortable outdoor furniture - large outdoor table with seating for six plus two chaise lounges to watch the children play in the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool just beyond your balcony.

Your Friend at the Beach provides you with a digital guestbook with access codes and all of our favorite restaurants and events in the area!
Per HOA rules, the condo is limited to eight guests. TWO vehicles only allowed. HOA rules allow a third vehicle for a small fee. Must be 25 or older to rent, no chaperoned groups. Restrictions: No RV's, golf carts, boats or trailers allowed.
Please note the fee charged by VRBO is on top of our rates.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.
The exterior of all Adagio pool front condos (building D, E, F and G) are being painted in the 2024-25 offseason, November - early March. Contact Your Friend at the Beach for updates on exactly when your YFAB condo is being painted. Each building takes four-five weeks depending on weather.

The condo itself was so comfortable and convenient- making our first visit to the Emerald Coast so memorable. It was stocked with everything you could need and more and very clean. The beds were comfortable and living space was spacious. The view of the resort pool was very enjoyable and the short walk to the heated pool and beach was so convenient. Not only does the YFAB team take great care of their guests, but the friendly staff at Adagio also ensure the grounds are well-kept and guests are comfortable.
I highly recommend the Adagio property and the YFAB team! Looking forward to another visit.

You had just finished your grocery shopping at the nearby Publix so you were able to unload groceries before the ice cream could even get soft! (I hope you bought ice cream - or at least stopped by the Blue Mt. Creamery just two blocks away for their home made ice cream!). It came down to the wire, finally the Governor lifted the rental ban and we were able to make our trip to the beach!!! We were so excited but then Cristobal rolled in, Ugh!!!! We decided to make the trip anyway and by the grace of God the storm passed quickly and the weather was great!! We had a wonderful time at Adagio!!! This was our 2nd year staying and we will definitely be back next year. Nancy, our rental agent was very informative and kept me in the loop during the rental ban!! We had an amazing time!!
