Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email.
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Great location with plenty of activities around the complex.
One watch out which was not issue for us but may be for older people or those with disabilities. High steps to the beach and no ramps.
Great time and loved place and location. Property management and people were great to work with.
