Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

No, we are not the least expensive property management company at Adagio as we pride ourselves on our over 600 5 star reviews that commend our service, a lot of little extras, and very own housekeeping service. We have 21 condos at that property. YFAB has found that other companies cancel reservations when they find they can get a higher rate from another guest - we believe our rates reflect our service and our commitment to give you a five star vacation. Manager Response: Thank you, Jeanette and thank you for your valuable feedback. As our return "friend", you always enjoy a return friend discount - and all guests get prompt responses to their needs. It was my fault that the luggage racks were not there - I checked another of our condos (A402) for luggage racks instead of your condo, A404. But I came the day you checked in with them. I also explained about the travertine floors being porous - and that I do watch our housekeepers mop them weekly using exactly what the manufacturer suggests but the natural stones absorbs dirt and holds on to it. We DO have them professionally steam four times a year - rather than the twice a year normally done. We are searching out solutions - and some of our owners have laid LDV tile on top of the travertine and you may want to consider one of those the next time. Also, there is a new sectional on order for this condo - and we appreciate your understanding as we wait for its delivery! We will pass on to the HOA the concerns about the beach chair service - but do like your idea of having some on hand for sunset! Looking forward to your return!
