Situated above the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, our third-floor condo occupies the west corner of Building A. An expanse of windows provides spectacular views. Enjoy swimming in emerald waters, strolling the sugary white beach, hunting for shells, watching playful dolphins and diving pelicans, and marveling over endless sunsets. Unwind and enjoy a relaxed, leisurely pace . . . an Adagio pace!
We invite you to make yourselves at home. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner or evening cocktails on your private balcony. You’ll find everything you need in your gourmet kitchen replete with a SubZero refrigerator stand alone ice machine new oven and Gas cooktop. Relax by the gulf-front, heated infinity-edge pool or play in the sparkling 8,000 square foot, three-tiered pool with fountain and hot tub. Work out those tired muscles in Adagio’s state-of-the-art fitness center. Take advantage of full on-site beach services and spend the day under an umbrella or building sand castles. Enjoy two bikes waiting for you to cruise Scenic 30A’s 20+ mile riding trail.
For those nights when you’d rather stay in, grill your favorites on gas grills located throughout the property. Free wireless WIFI.

Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Hot Tub by gym. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.
*A305 is one of the few gulf front condos that has both parking spaces marked in the underground parking garage.
ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach. It is 52 steps down to the beach and there are showers at the top of the steps to rinse off sand!
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten people per condo limit per HOA rules (two years and under not counted in the total).
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's. No pets per HOA. Tents are not allowed on beach.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.

We DO have a concern about the Adagio property. Over the years, the space taken by the vendor that rents chairs/umbrellas has come to occupy >95% of the available beachfront footage. We bring our own umbrellas and chairs and will not be forced to pay a vendor. This year, it was ridiculous. We had to get out to the beach early in the morning to "stake a claim" to 10 feet of sand for our 9 family members. We love Adagio and Your Friends at the Beach. We want to continue coming to your property. But this is a SERIOUS issue that will make us look elsewhere in the future if it continues.

As far as the condo, "WOW" what a great place, it was just as it was presented, a 5 star for sure. Everything was top of the line, extremely clean (I am kind of a clean freak) and very well maintained. The condo is very well furnished and very "homey" with the many family pictures all around, you don't feel as though you are in a vacation rental. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late night snack. The appliances were all top of the line and worked well. We loved the large separate ice maker, we never got close to running out of ice, even with 6 people. Sitting out on the large balcony listening to the ocean and even seeing some Dolphins just offshore was such a treat too. The views from this corner condo with all the windows was spectacular, I think every day we commented about how great the view was. The beach with the powder white sand and the 4 pools were amazing, never a shortage of things to do. You definitely don't want to miss the incredible sunset either, great opportunity for family pictures. We have stayed at many places and this was by far our favorite place, we can't wait to go back again. Thanks again Nancy and Tori for providing such a great place and incredible service.

It’s worth noting, that this review is from the perspective of our group, which consisted of 8 adults, of which 3 couples each had one child aged between 1 and 2 years old. 11 guests total. We stayed in this unit for 7 nights in mid-August of 2016.
Adagio A305 condo is a corner/end unit, which allows for windows on the side wall that flood all the unit with a bunch of natural light and stunning panoramic views of the gulf. The place was in immaculate shape upon our arrival and included high-end kitchen/laundry appliances, comfortable furniture/bedding, and just an overall great ambience. Most importantly, it was big enough for everyone to comfortably congregate in the living room area as well as on the patio to enjoy the view.
The landscaping and pools are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It’s worth noting that the unit overlooks a grassy area just before the sand dunes that was pretty convenient for playing yard games such as Kan Jam or Bocce Ball.
In regards to its location, it’s only a short drive to Publix, which is very convenient. The Donut Hole and Red Bar are each only about 10 minutes away.
Luggage carts were readily available by the elevator to move all of our stuff in and out of the condo upon our arrival and departure. Also, each couple enjoyed utilizing the bikes that were provided with the unit.
As for the unit's property management company, Your Friend At The Beach, the customer service was incredible! We received responses to any questions we had immediately, every day of the week. They were fantastic!
We've looked for different properties to rent on 30A for quite a while over the past few years and I don't think you can come close to finding anything near as nice as this place within the same price range. It's outstanding. The people who run it couldn't be any nicer or easier to work with. The Gulf is gorge
