Gray Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets top beautiful flowing granite countertops. The new Samsung gas range has a large griddle and the oven has a Convection bake option. The french 3 door refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door is a dream; microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and even a separate, stand alone ice making machine.
Travertine floors are glistening because they have been refinished; custom made drapes and plantation shutters throughout. Everything in the condo has been painted and furnished in the latest HGTV colors and sure the check out the pictures especially of the open and spacious living and dining areas. Bedrooms ( exc Master) are carpeted.
The great room has a large 65" Smart TV ( Five smart TVs total in unit). Master has 55".
Want to be sure you have a good sleep? All mattresses in unit 106 are new and comfortable. The master bedroom (king bed) has an ensuite bathroom that includes a 42x70 whirlpool tub and a separate shower with dual shower heads and double sinks.

The laundry room features a large capacity washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board and drying rack plus laundry detergent.
Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit.
First floor living means no waiting for the elevator and no long hallways to get to the beach. Access is just outside those sliding glass doors. Upper floors also give a great view but the feeling of being closer to that water (Gulf and infinity pool) is even nicer. The beautiful emerald green and aqua blue of the Gulf of Mexico is visible from the entire open main living areas as well as the master bedroom. Beach and pool access are just outside those sliding glass WILL LOVE STAYING IN the 2200 square foot luxury Condo, Villa Coyaba 106.
***Each Villa Coyaba unit has only 2 dedicated parking spaces for owners and renters in their units. ALL Parking is in Parking Garage only- max height is 7'-1" The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the amenities. Per HOA, guests are not permitted to bring pets.

The stairs to the pool and beach were challenging with a 3 year old and 10 month old but the pool is large and clean and the guys doing the beach service are very helpful. The building next door has someone walking the beach offering food and drinks and there was an ice cream cart that goes up and down the beach. Camille’s is a very short walk and has great food and drink from 7am-11pm. The 3 grills on property are large, clean and easy to use. All in all it was a wonderful family vacation and the scuba divers in our party enjoyed the underwater experience. The Gulf side aquarium was a big hit for the kids.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the convenience of the complimentary beach set up daily, and we were walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants. Grocery stores, pharmacies, malls etc were 5 minutes away.
Your Friend at the Beach is an absolute pleasure to work with - always! They are the best rental company we have ever encountered in over 25 years of coming to Destin.

Bring more FRIENDS as we have not have VC 306 added to the family along with 102, 107 , 308 and 302- all of which we have managed with 5 star results for more than a decade!
But there are some things I want you to know about. This year, we were provided with only one umbrella and two beach chairs per condo. For expensive condos that can house up to 10 people, that’s not right. Last year, we had two umbrellas and four beach chairs per condo. The beach chairs were removed at 5:00 pm when there was still a couple of hours of daylight left. The Inn at Crystal Beach, next door, had its beach chairs out until much later than 5:00 pm.
While the new outdoor cooking grills were much easier to use this year, we couldn’t find proper cooking utensils (rigid metal spatulas) to be used on the grills in either condo.
Condo #106: The slip covers on the furniture in the living were dirty. They should have been washed by the cleaning service.
The original locking mechanism latch handle on the sliding glass doors was not working. The locking device, that was probably added some years ago, was the only way to lock the sliding glass doors.

We loved the large beautiful pool, just steps away from our condo. The beach was lovely with beach chairs set up for us daily. The unit is super nice! Beach Location is Perfect! This Unit has teriffic Amenities!
We only had one problem and Roslyn addressed and corrected it imediately. She is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive!
This unit has great access to the pool and the beach. The pool has shallow ends on both sides which are great to sit in to stay cool as it was so hot during our stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach, spending half the day at the beach and the other half at the pool. The 2 beach chairs and umbrealla that come with the unit are awesome but with 8 people we purchased 2 additional chairs and umbrella and we also brought 4 beach chairs with us.
The Master bedroom/bathroom is beautiful. Lucky me as I got this room. Other rooms are great too but the Master Bed/Bathroom is the BEST!
Unit has a great kitchen with all the necessary needs for cooking and serving. Big Fridge to hold all the groceries. ICE maker is such a BONUS! BBQ Grills are great too as we cooked out using these alot and they are Kept very clean.
Easy access to elavator and parking garage. Appreciate the coded access gates to pool, beach and the back doors of the units.
Lots of good places to eat. HarryTs recommended. Publix Grocery close and is a great, clean grocery store.
I am sure there is something I missed. But overall this place is Awesome. We will be Back to Visit next Year!

Manager Response: Hello David, Thank you for the 5 Star Reviews! Apologies for the fan remote control misunderstanding, when I did not hear back from you after the first day, I assumed it was found. The semi-porous travertine is our number one challenge as we not only deeply clean them after each guest leaves but steam clean them on a regular basis. Being a semi -porous stone rather than a ceramic it is continually releasing it's surface, compounded with sand on the floor from being a beach location makes it almost impossible to keep polished enough not to cause the black staining you saw.
