Villa Coyaba has just 32 condos on its own private beach. The large pool has plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs with umbrellas and is heated in the cooler months. Enjoy the grilling area with patio seating overlooking the gulf.

Two underground parking spots per condo. The entrance to the underground parking garage only measures 7'1". Please measure any large vehicles to be sure they fit!
The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the facilities.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season and spring/fall breaks. Must be 25 or older to reserve, no chaperoned groups. Sleeps 10. YFAB provides both a Booster seat and pack and play in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service.
Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking facility.

It was Personal touch, high service, without being intrusive.
And of course, the Condo was spotless, in a perfect location relative to the pool, beach and nearby amenities.
We had 4 little ones and 6 adults, which slept comfortably and loved walking out the back sliding doors for fast first-floor access to the beach
And while I don’t recommend this for anyone, if your wife must be hospitalized the night before you leave, you will find that Friends cares enough to check in with you during your second week in Destin, at the hospital! They even provided flowers to my wife. Incredible!
We will be friends for life with YFAB!

Regarding condo grounds- the sprinklers drench the first 3 feet of patio every time they run. Perhaps adjust the head closest to beach. Never had this problem in 106, 107 or 108. Pool is the best! Pool chairs so durable yet so uncomfortable.
Umbrella service staff very helpful and polite. Thanks for getting us into the unit ASAP with 2 toddlers needing naps. We always use the side outside stairs to access the garage- not quite as clean as the rest of the property.

Your Friends at the Beach give all you most of what you need and the rest is a phone call or short walk away! The kitchen is amazing with everything we needed for preparing all meals. The living area has plenty of seating.
The outside 1st floor patio was used and loved by us all. The furniture is great and so convenient to great grills.
The VIEW....WOW! The beach chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every day. The beach is so close that running up and down during the day was so easy..even for this Grandma! Location of the complex is great. It. Is only a 32 unit complex and all families during our week were friendly, courteous and respectful. The pool was awesome and heated during our week. The beautiful beach is where we spent most of our days!
Lastly....The folks from Your Friend At The Beach are absolutely the BEST. From 2020’s Covid-19 cancellation to this years re-scheduled stay, the entire team made me feel like I was their only traveler. The unit was spotless and communication was the best we have ever encountered on our many vacations.
