We do mop every time, but the nature of tile floors is to be porous - and hence, even after we mop, although it doesn't appear dirty, it does retain some dirt. We steam clean it several times a year! But time doesn't allow to steam it every week. I was thinking of supplying non-skid booties for all of our guests - what do you think? :-)
