Each bathroom has 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, hand soaps, shower soaps and starter supplies of paper goods.
Pool front patio has Polywood table and chairs and two chaise lounges complete with cushions for sunning by the pool!
The kitchen is outfitted for the most discerning of chefs - and you will find it well equipped with everything your family needs to enjoy it's beach vacation. Regular and Keurig coffee makers, crockpot, blender, food processor, four slice toaster and toaster oven to just name a few appliances!
NEW larger Pottery Barn dining room table with seven chairs - plus three barstools for extra dining space at the kitchen counter.
- Relax on the spacious sectional couch while you enjoy the 46" Smart TV.
- Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and Simmons Beautyrest Plush Firm mattresses.
- Full size large capacity washer/dryer plus ironing board, iron and drying rack. YFAB also includes laundry detergent.
Adagio has its own gym, hot tub, two pools (gulf front pool is heated November to April) and is gated for your security. Just outside the gate is a twenty-mile biking/walking trail. Your Friend at The Beach provides two free bike rentals , so you can explore everything the exciting 30A area has to offer in nearby Seaside, Watercolor and all of 30A's unique seaside villages.
No high rises allowed on Thirty- A - so you don't have to worry about long lines of traffic
Adagio E 101 is located in the E building on the southern side next to D building. It's corner location looks out on the pool and green space.
Parking for two vehicles only (limit of eight people per condo per HOA rules). Your Friend at The Beach has another condo almost next door so you can bring family and friends for an even better beach vacation.
On-site gym, newly updated with more equipment and larger space and is open 7 am to 10 pm.
Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.

Beach chair service is available (March - October) but is not included in rental rate. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas but the area available to set up your own beach chairs is limited.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's, propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are four gas grills provided at Adagio.
Please no tents or canopies permitted on the beach per HOA. Only two cars permitted per condo.
- Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by manager.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.

The exterior of all Adagio pool front condos (building D, E, F and G) are being painted in the 2024-25 offseason, November - early March. Contact Your Friend at the Beach for updates on exactly when your YFAB condo is being painted. Each building takes four-five weeks depending on weather. Update: E building will likely be started in early December and completed late December/early January.

The carpets and tile were cleaned the day we arrived. I'm sure it's a hassle planning maintenance when the season is so long. It's nice to have clean carpets, but it caused such a moisture issue for the first 4 days we were there. All our clothes seemed damp from the extra humidity.
Loved having an ice maker separate from the refrigerator. I think we will forever be spoiled!! Really liked the beach and different pool choices we had at the Adagio. Lots of space. Feels like an all-inclusive without the pool boy!

The pool is amazing, hot tub is great and during the Fall/Winter the pool overlooking the beach is heated. I even had a chance to workout this trip in the gym. Plus you can’t beat the ease of walking out to the gorgeous white soft sand and the incredible blue green Emerald Coast water at the beach.
The Adagio is someplace I’ve been to at least 10 times and staying with Your Friend at the Beach is the icing on the cake. They are professional, quick to respond and set up the condo every time, as if my first time. Their app is easy to use and full of detailed information. I would highly recommend staying at both the Adagio and with Your Friend at the Beach for your stay.
One last mention, it’s perfectly located from plenty to do and it is a little less crowded on 30A. It’s just a special area and you’ll fall in love, just like we have. Enjoy your trip, it’s totally worth it.

The only thing I would improve is that the grill by the E building appears to be broken. The thermometer doesn’t work and the flames are high in the back and the charcoal grill is not large enough.

The only downside is that the Adagio has several beautiful unheated pools in the center of the complex that were too cold to swim in. The one heated pool was small and overcrowded as the others were not really usable.
Our unit was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We will be coming back.

Manager Response: THanks, Pam, we have been replacing dryers in most of our ten condos at Adagio --- will get this one replaced before your next visit! And please let us know while you visit if the guests upstairs are noisy - we have had good success with contacting them and letting them know its a distraction.
