Directly on the beach with easy access to the private beach walkover and the gulf front pool, Adagio B201 has been upgraded to YFAB's five-star standards. NEW wood-look flooring in the bedrooms gives a clean, updated look to this gulf front condo.
You will enjoy the extra light of an end unit plus easy access both by elevator and stairway. This 2200 square foot four bedroom condo with three baths has plenty of space for your family's beach front vacation.
Large living room with 65" smart TV with all HD channels and a new sectional, swivel rocking chair and gulf front view.
Dining area with plenty of seating for your family meals.
Well-stocked kitchen with NEW refrigerator plus microwave, stove, oven, updated dishes/pots and pans, blender and crock pot. There is a regular coffee maker plus a Keurig-type coffee maker. YFAB provides your first roll of paper towels, hand soap by sink, dish washing detergent and dish washing liquid. Stand alone ICE MAKER and all of YFAB'S condos have a robust mixer for smoothies and fruity drinks!
NEWLY updated bedding arrangement in 2024 ---
Master bedroom with King bed and Private bathroom with stand alone shower with double shower heads, jetted tub and double sinks.
Second bedroom with King bed and adjoining private bathroom
Third bedroom with two Queen beds and access into the hall bathroom.
Fourth bedroom with KING size bed (new in 2024) with access to hall bathroom.
All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets and phone chargers on each bed side table. Luxury wood look tile in ALL bedrooms!
Three bathrooms generously stocked with 100% cotton towels, hand soaps, shower soaps, hair dryer and starter supply of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom).
Free WIFI
Two parking spaces ONLY per condo HOA rules. One marked spot in the underground parking garage plus a second spot outside that is not marked. A third spot may be purchased from the HOA upon arrival.
YFAB provides two bike rentals for the week for our guests. Beach chair service is available but not included.
Saturday to Saturday only in the popular summer season and during busy fall and spring break weeks.
Restrictions: RV's, golf carts, boats and trailers are not permitted.
Must be 25 or older to rent the condo, we do not rent to chaperoned groups.
YFAB has other condos that we manage at Adagio so please bring friends to Your Friend at the Beach.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.

Just across the street is Blue Mabel (great brunch!) and a block away is Redfish Taco that has live music several nights a week. Also just a block away are two of my favorites - the Blue Mountain Bakery (gluten-free items plus catering!) and Blue Mountain Creamery which has the best ice cream on 30A. The owners have literally thought of everything...a very well stocked kitchen!
