Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

We also call as soon as the condo is cleaned and inspected. This top floor corner condo has amazing views and lots of light. Comfy chairs on the balcony and chaise lounges plus a table for outdoor dining are perfect this time of year. Did you have a good overall stay? Our stay was perfect and such a good time.
Was the vacation rental in a great location? The rental is a great location. A little farther down from the hustle and bustle of all the restuarants but a short drive to all the fun!
Was the home clean and in good shape? The home was so clean and bright!
Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? THe rental staff is amazing and always our favorite. If you have an isues they get it resolved super quick so you don't have to worry about it at all. Love this group.

Unit is clean nice corner view. 5 minute walk to the water and sand. Pool in 3 minutes. If you had a good pitching arm left you could hit the water.
Pubs, Breweries, wineries plenty of dining within 5 to 15 minutes drive of the gate. Blacktop sidewalks for biking. An easy 15-20 mile peddle in either direction.
And the beds were great!
Can’t ask for anything better.

Adagio A401 has two marked parking spots in the underground parking garage. Most other condos have one underground marked spot - and one spot outside that is unmarked. So it is definitely an advantage to stay here!
