Your Friend at the Beach is delighted to manage this updated condo. The perfect blend of beach décor, style and comfort - this third floor condo is designer decorated and just had it's floor polished for a clean new look.
You will arrive to find a condo that is sparkling clean, new and beautifully appointed with everything for your beach vacation.
Your friend at the beach cares about every detail!
- A well stocked kitchen for fun family dinners (Regular and Keurig coffee maker), a long dining table with room for friends and after dinner games.
-Plush comfortable mattresses and the most popular bedding arrangement:
*Master bedroom with King size bed (new Euro top in 2021) and private bath with jetted tub, stand alone shower with double shower heads (one hand held shower head)
*Second bedroom with King size bed and adjoining jack and jill bathroom.
*Third bedroom with King size bed and adjoining jack and jill bathroom
*Fourth bedroom with TWO Queen size beds and adjoining bathroom.
All bathrooms have 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, shower soap, hand soaps and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
Beach inspired colors on the walls and bedding so you truly feel you have found your seaside getaway.
Even rainy days are a pleasure at this updated condo with smart TV in the living area and flat screens in each bedroom.
You can bring family and friends as we have the condo next door (A305) available for rent. In fact, we have nineteen other condos at Adagio available for our friends at the beach!
The spacious balcony has a large table for al fresco dining as well as two chaise lounges with plump cushions.
Or escape to one of our pools - the gulf front is heated in the cooler months. The large 8,000 square foot pool is actually three pools linked by waterfalls.
Just 4.5 miles west of Seaside and 12.6 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Hot Tub by gym for ages 16 and above. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, golf carts, jet skis or RV's. No propane tanks or cookers allowed. No Tents or Canopies are allowed on the beach per HOA rules and only two cars are permitted per condo. No Monthly Rentals.
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional total cost.

The Adagio setting is really great and the pools and grounds are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained and is like a mini resort. The 2 provided bicycles were great, and walking distance to some area restaurants was very convenient as well. We would definitely consider this location for a return visit.
Another note would be that the Chair and Umbrella policy was not enforced. There were plenty of guests who brought chairs and umbrellas of their own and placed them in the 'Rental Only' area. This was slightly annoying since we were required to use rentals if we wanted placement in front of our unit.

We only wish you had told us about the bed when you were there - YFAB would have had it replaced. We are taking care of that now for our next guests and please remember that you always enjoy a return friend discount. *New mattress is in - and our guest tell us it is perfect!* I also spoke to Joe, the beach attendant for La Dolce Vita and as it was not a busy week, he kindly allowed guests with their own chairs to set up behind the rental chairs instead of in the more crowded section where guests can bring their own. But he never allows private chairs to be set up in front of the rental chairs. YFAB looks forward to your return - and we strive for a five star review!

This condo has everything a family could want or need. The location right on the beach is truly spectacular. The amenities in this condo are perfect. The owners and Nancy have gone to great lengths to make sure everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. The 4 bedrooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The decor is so beautiful and the color schemes are so tranquil. They just installed new flooring in all of the bedrooms and it is really lovely.
We have four children and they love to rent bikes and ride over to Seaside which is only a 15 minute bike ride from The Adagio. There are great restaurants near by and if you like to eat at home Goatfeathers offers great daily fresh seafood to prepare. The Adagio has a heated pool right in front of the building overlooking the beautiful ocean. The beach is just a few steps away and is so breathtaking. You cannot go wrong renting this property for your family. Great memories will be made. We love it and hope you all have the same experience.
