When Is the Off-Season?
The off-season for the 30A and Destin area starts around November and lasts until early March. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the entire Holiday season at the beach or enjoy the mild winter season. January is the coldest month in Destin and its surrounding areas with highs in the mid-60s and lows in the mid-40s. It’s great weather for a bike ride by the beach or lounging in the sand with a good book.
What Does YFAB Do During the Off-Season?
When the condos are not being rented to our winter guests, we inspect every condo and make sure everything you need is there. From crockpots to wine openers, we inventory each condo to ensure you have everything you will need during your stay. We also paint where needed, update furniture, and bring on new luxury condos. So, there really is never an off-season for property managers, but we love what we do!
Will There Be Services Available In My Long-Term Rental?
