HOW MANY CASES ARE IN THE DESTIN/30A AREA?
- Our cases continue to decline and COVID vaccinations are plentiful (per May 2, 2021 report from Okaloosa county) and anyone who wants a vaccine can to get one, even out of state, ages 16 and above.

ARE OUR CONDO COMPLEXES OPERATING NORMALLY?
We are open for business as usual with the following exceptions:
- Gyms are open in Villa Coyaba and Adagio
- Increased cleaning in elevators
- Increased chair spacing on pool decks and the beach
- CDC Social distancing guidelines and group gathering limits are still strongly recommended in all settings
ARE STORES AND RESTAURANTS OPEN AROUND THE AREA?
- Restaurants are open 100%.
- Retail stores open to 100%
- Bars are open 100%
WHAT HAPPENS IF FLORIDA BANS TRAVEL AGAIN? DO I GET A REFUND?
- Should Florida ban short term rentals again we will offer full refunds to those whose dates are included in the ban less a $199 handling fee.
WHAT IF I AM WORRIED, BUT TRAVEL IS NOT OFFICIALLY BANNED? CAN I STILL CANCEL FOR A REFUND?
- Our normal cancellation policy will apply. You can cancel outside of 30 days prior to your rental arrival date with a $199 cancellation fee. Once within 30 days of your arrival date you may cancel but we cannot refund unless rentals are fully banned by the state of Florida.
WHAT IF MY STATE HAS ISSUED A SELF QUARANTINE FOR PEOPLE RETURNING FROM FLORIDA?
- Our normal cancellation policy will apply. You can cancel outside of 30 days prior to your rental arrival date with a $199 cancellation fee. Once within 30 days of your arrival date you may cancel but we cannot refund unless rentals are fully banned by the state of Florida.
